Founder/President of Desk Flex, Inc. from 1985 to 2008. Developed and marketed two software tools which allowed business to gain efficiency in operation of call centers and offices with shared resources including desks. Products: Agent Power and Desk Flex. Supervised as many as 12 employees and contractors; Personally handled Sales, Accounts Receivable and Payable. In the 80-90's was personally involved with software development; during 2000-2008 supervised software development.
